Founded in 1949, ESLSCA Business School Paris, a private higher education institution, has trained more than 15,000 alumni who today hold positions of responsibility both in France and abroad. They have benefited from ESLSCA's many assets: specialized programs, a genuine international outlook, recognition of companies, as well as courses leading to real qualifications and professionalization.

It is with this objective in mind that ESLSCA has developed all its work-study programs in order to provide its students with real professional experience.

We believe that a work-study program is a real plus in order to acquire skills and apply them in concrete cases in companies.

Why do a work-study program at ESLSCA Business School Paris?

The work-study program allows you to benefit from a unique professional experience during your studies and represents a real added value to your profile. ESLSCA Business School Paris will help you find the work-study program that best suits your needs thanks to its extensive network of partners.

The work-study program also allows you to be recruited more quickly compared to students in initial training: in France, 70% of work-study students are hired within 7 months of graduation. In fact, work-study programs are a real springboard for entering professional life: many host companies offer to recruit their apprentices after their training.

Finally, doing a work-study program is a considerable financial advantage: your host company takes care of paying your tuition fees and a monthly salary. In addition, becoming a work-study student requires signing an employment contract with your employer and, in fact, grants you the same advantages as any other employee of the company, unlike the status of trainee. The advantages of the alternation can thus take the form of a thirteenth month, luncheon vouchers or access to the company's mutual insurance company.
