Meriem El Bouhali holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University, where her dissertation—focused on sourcing new suppliers in B2B marketing—received the university’s thesis award in Management.

She has been a lecturer and researcher at ESLSCA Business School Paris since September 2021 and brings over 10 years of experience in both private and public higher education institutions in France.

Her research explores topics such as:

Meriem uses both qualitative and quantitative research methods, depending on the nature of the topic. She is proficient in tools such as QDAMiner, NVivo, SPSS, and SMARTPLS.

She teaches at both undergraduate and graduate levels (Bachelor and DES), covering areas including fundamental, relational, and digital marketing, as well as academic research. She also plays an active role in school development projects and previously served as Director of the MBA in Digital Marketing & Innovation for four years.
