The 3-year Bachelor's degree in Finance offers a progressive, innovative programme designed to train and support future finance managers. Students can also choose between two specialisations in the third year (market finance or corporate finance).

Our Finance bachelor's degree stands out for :

• Its specialised programme in corporate finance or market finance. Over the three years, a student receives 315 hours of lectures in finance. Supplemented by related disciplines such as statistics, mathematics and financial mathematics (for a total of 168 hours), this represents 40% of the total volume.
• A positive pedagogical approach: collective intelligence, theatre, exchange, cultural/managerial openness, community life, Fresque du climat, soft skills, etc. ;
• Its international dimension: hosting international students, exchanges with partner universities in B2-S2, study trips to provide cultural and intellectual insight into finance practices, international work placements, etc. ;
• Its entrepreneurial dimension, focusing on Sustainable Development/Corporate Social Responsibility (SD/CSR), thanks to the entrepreneurial pathway developed over the first two years: 
  Step 1 in Bachelor 1 - First laboratory (from idea to project) 
  Step 2 in Bachelor 2 - Second laboratory (from project to company)
• A skills-based teaching approach based on the Eslsca Learning System (ELS), using a skills framework that combines business skills, managerial skills, technical skills and interpersonal skills;
• Enhanced support at the start of the first year: two preparatory weeks to help students integrate and assert themselves, so that they can approach higher education with motivation and confidence

The aim of the MBA specialising in finance is to train ethical managers with cutting-edge technical and financial skills, who are aware of the directions in which their professions are evolving and the importance of their activity for society as a whole. This ambition for ethics and responsibility is central at a time when the need for business sustainability and technological developments (particularly blockchain) are profoundly changing the financial professions.

The programme familiarises students with the institutions, products, approaches and concrete practices involved in financing and capital markets operations. Students acquire knowledge of corporate financial decision-making in an international environment and learn to master the tools for evaluating investments or acquisitions, the ability to manage cash flow and risks, and the techniques for raising capital on the financial markets. It enables students to go on to study for an MBA in Finance and Data Performance or an MBA in Trading and Market Finance at ESLSCA.
